Nicht geeignet für Leute die eine Reparatur anfordern und noch nicht Kunde sind. Zweimal haben wir eine Bestätigung bekommen, dass ein Technicker Vorrort kommt. Zweimal wurden die Termine nicht eingehalten und es gab auch keine Rückmeldung. Das ärgerliche dabei ist, dass wir 3 Wochen keinen Strom in einem Teil unseren Wohnung hatten. Nicht sehr Professionell.

Not suitable for people requesting repairs who aren't yet customers. Twice we received confirmation that a technician would be on-site. Twice the appointments were missed, and there was no response. The annoying thing is that we had no power in part of our apartment for three weeks. Not very professional.
